ENEOS MOL Synthetic Rubber Ltd. (EMSR) is a joint venture with 51% of the
total shares held by Japanese ENEOS Materials (Japan’s largest oil company)
and 49% held by MOL. The new plant manufactures synthetic rubber (SSBR) in
Tiszaújváros. The capacity of the plant is 60,000 tons per annum.

The following tasks await you

  • Prepare the main corporate governance documents
  • Prepare and check regulations
  • Mapping parent company regulations
  • Adoption, development and implementation of the parent company
    structure at the company
  • Detection of discrepancies
  • Proposal, solution of actual issues
  • Maintain internal controls documentation in line with current
    processes

  • Train delivery team/s on internal control policies and procedures
    from time to time
  • Recommend process improvement
  • Report on critical internal policy requirements, deviations, etc.
    according to internal control policies and procedures.
  • Review the responses to internal and external audit management
    letter queries to ensure that recommendations are implemented and
    ensure that all action items are resolved
  • Evaluate information security and associated risk exposures

We are looking for you, if you have

  • minimum 5 years relevant experience in OD and/or process compliance
  • eye for detail
  • ability to sense an actual / potential problem and effective
    problem solving and analysis
  • fluent English: effective communication – both oral and written
  • critical thinking and reasoning ability
  • structuredness and precision
  • customer oriented and result oriented
  • driving skill (sometimes transportation to plant facility by car is
    needed)
